Silverman & Company Inc. has submitted updated preliminary PUD plan drawings. The Lawson Property public hearing is scheduled to be continued in progress on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

The application filed by Meridian Realty Capital, LLC on behalf of Mark J. Robertson et Al & Lul-Mark
Investments LLC has been terminated due to failure to comply with Section 3.07 (A)(1)(c) of the
Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution which requires zoning amendments to be filed by the owner(s)
of the to-be-rezoned property or their agents. The applicant has not provided written consent from
the property owner(s) authorizing them to act as an agent and file a formal application to rezone the
properties.
As a result of the only case on the agenda being terminated, the Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled tonight Monday, June 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180 is cancelled.

Deerfield Township, OH — February 8, 2017 —The Deerfield Township Board of Trustees wishes to announce that their regularly scheduled work session on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, will begin at 4:30 p.m. – it typically begins at 5:30 p.m. – for the purpose of interviewing Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Deerfield Regional Storm Water District applicants. The Board will convene the meeting and then immediately move into Executive Session for these interviews. At 5:30 p.m., the Board will adjourn Executive Session and reconvene for the public portion of the work session. The meeting will be held in its typical location in the Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Mason, OH 45040. ###
