Zoning Commission Meeting Scheduled for Monday
June 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. is Cancelled:

The application filed by Meridian Realty Capital, LLC on behalf of Mark J. Robertson et Al & Lul-Mark
Investments LLC has been terminated due to failure to comply with Section 3.07 (A)(1)(c) of the
Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution which requires zoning amendments to be filed by the owner(s)
of the to-be-rezoned property or their agents. The applicant has not provided written consent from
the property owner(s) authorizing them to act as an agent and file a formal application to rezone the
properties.

As a result of the only case on the agenda being terminated, the Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled tonight Monday, June 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180 is cancelled.

REVISED: Innovation Way traffic switch scheduled

Warren County (Wednesday, May 30, 2018) - A traffic switch is scheduled on Innovation Way between Western Row and Socialville Foster roads beginning Friday evening, June 1.

Currently, traffic is on the west (left) side of Innovation Way. Friday evening, both lanes of traffic will be switched onto the newly widened east (right) side of the road. Crews will work throughout the day preparing for the switch; no lane closures will be necessary.

Warren County (Friday, May 18, 2018) - Bridge work requires various lane closures on Western Row Road next week.

Various lane closures on Western Row Road between Cintas Boulevard and Kings Island Drive/Interstate 71 ramps nightly from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 23 through Saturday morning, May 26. Traffic will be maintained.
