Western Row Road lane closures scheduled
Warren County (Monday, Aug. 20, 2018) - Bridge work requires various lane closures on Western Row Road this weekend.
Various lane closures on Western Row Road between Cintas Boulevard and Kings Island Drive/Interstate 71 ramps from 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24 through noon Sunday Aug. 26. Traffic will be maintained.
Record Rainfalls and Flash Flooding in Deerfield Township
Deerfield Township – Record amounts of rainfall are causing flash flooding in parts of the Township especially near Simpson Creek.
Staff is working diligently to address the flooding issues. We ask for your patience as this is a complex issue and rainfalls are far exceeding what is typically experienced in the Township.
Legacy Elliot Farm Update
Deerfield Township, Ohio - Legacy at Elliott Farm will be going to Warren County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) Executive Committee for a revised preliminary plan on August 23rd at 1:00pm (406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036).
The Drees Company has submitted a revised preliminary plan which proposes to reconfigure 51 single-family residential lots and two open space lots in the southern portion of the site, without affecting the prior approved roadway configuration. The new lot layout results in 10 additional single-family lots in this area, bringing the total number of lots within the entire subdivision to 210.
Fire Hydrants Being Serviced in August
The Deerfield Township Fire Department will be servicing the fire hydrants in the areas of the township who are served by Butler County Water. This will be done the weeks of 8/5, 8/12, & 8/19. Residents may

Warren County (Friday, July 27, 2018) - Bridge work requires various lane closures on Western Row Road next week.
Various lane closures on Western Row Road between Cintas Boulevard and Kings Island Drive/Interstate 71 ramps nightly from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following day, Monday, July 30 through Wednesday morning, August 1. Traffic will be maintained.
Cancellation of Public Meeting – WCTID – Regular WCTID Board Meeting Scheduled for Friday, July 27, 2018 is cancelled.
Lebanon, Ohio – The Warren County Transportation Improvement District (WCTID) Board will not be conducting their regularly scheduled board meeting scheduled for Friday, July 27, 2018.
